Change of Mind
 If you change your mind within 7 days from delivery date, we will refund your item into store credit and you can use the credit to purchase other items from our website or physical showroom. It cannot be exchanged into cash

Return Process

 Item to be returned to our physical showroom
 If you need the item to be picked up,RM150 pickup fee will be charged for (small items such as coffee table) RM250 for (big items such as dining table)
 
Refund Amount
 Full refund credit will be given if the items meet all the return conditions and it is returned to our physical showroom
 If you need us to pickup the item, pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount and we will refund the net amount after deducting the pickup charges
 
 Note: Not applicable to Dining Chairs and special clearance/discount items
